Privacy policy (GDPR)

Controller. Bikito EURL is the data controller. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law.

What we collect and why.

  • • The ASIN or Amazon URL you scan, and the public product-page data it returns. Used solely to compute and show your Listing Health Score. This is public marketplace data, not your personal data.
  • • Your email address, only if you join the waitlist or create an account. Used to contact you about access, the service and product updates. Legal basis: your consent and, for customers, performance of contract.
  • • Basic technical logs (IP, timestamp) for security, rate-limiting and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Processors. We use the following sub-processors, each bound by a data-processing agreement: Vercel (hosting), Rainforest API and Apify (public Amazon listing data retrieval), Stripe (payments, when active), Anthropic (AI text generation for fixes, when active). Listing data sent for scoring is processed transiently and not used to train third-party models.

Retention. Scan inputs are cached short-term (hours) to reduce cost and are not tied to your identity unless you have an account. Waitlist and account emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or the account is closed.

Your rights. You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to processing, by emailing contact@speedoptic.fr. You may also complain to the French supervisory authority (CNIL). We never sell your data.

Transfers. Some processors are based outside the EU (e.g. the USA); transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Cookies

AMZComply uses only strictly necessary cookies required to operate the site (such as session and security). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies by default. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent first.

Terms of use

The service. AMZComply scans publicly available Amazon listings and returns a risk-indicator score and improvement suggestions, including for EU regulations (GPSR, EPR, and others). It is a tool to help you reduce compliance and visibility risk.

No guarantee, no legal advice. AMZComply is a risk-indicator and a remedy, not legal advice or an insurance policy. We do not certify Amazon-policy or regulatory compliance, and we do not guarantee that a listing will not be suspended. Suspension and enforcement decisions are made by Amazon and the authorities alone. Rule and date data is best-effort and versioned; always verify against the official source before acting.

Acceptable use. You may not abuse, overload or attempt to circumvent the rate limits of the free scanner, nor resell access without an Agency plan. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.

Paid plans. When subscriptions are active, billing is handled by Stripe. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account. Statutory EU consumer withdrawal rights apply where relevant.

Governing law. These terms are governed by French law. This document is provided in good faith and will be refined; for the binding version, contact contact@speedoptic.fr.
